All airbag clothing can be reused by replacing the cartridge, but reuse may not be possible depending on the condition of the airbag, such as damage to the fibers.
If you send a used product to Safeware's headquarters, we will check whether it can be reused and take action.
If reuse is possible, we will return it to its original condition after replacing the cartridge and module. In this case, a small fee may be charged.
Safeware's products use specially processed fibers and electronic modules, so they cannot be used in washing machines.
For surface contamination, wipe with a cloth moistened with water using a neutral detergent and dry sufficiently in a well-ventilated place.

Safeware's industrial smart airbag protects the user's body by immediately inflating the airbag with a sensor activated by a specific algorithm when a fall accident is detected. To achieve this, as the electronic module of the smart airbag must always be maintained in a charged state, before wearing the product, check whether the LED on the buckle button blinks blue. If the red signal blinks, use it after fully charging for 5 to 6 hours.

All of Safewear's wearable airbags inflate and protect the body, so wearing other clothing, safety equipment, or accessories over the airbag is prohibited.
However, size adjustment straps and lining velcro are used in the product so that the airbag can be worn on top of a safety ring or windproof and waterproof clothing.
Wearable smart airbags are designed to help protect users in case of accidents. However, like other safety devices, they don't always guarantee your safety. SafeWare's airbags reduce the impact of falls, but they don't absorb all impacts. This means that negligence, falls from great heights, or situations where the airbag can't fully protect the body can compromise your safety. SafeWare doesn't take responsibility for injuries caused by accidents on-site.
The frequency can vary depending on usage, but we recommend charging 2-3 times a week if possible. It might take around 6 hours for a full charge. For more charging-related information, please refer to the manual provided with the product at the time of purchase. If the product doesn't turn on even after being fully charged, please contact our headquarters for assistance.

– Malfunction or damage due to incorrect storage such as dropping, impact, pressurization, dust, mud, sand, submersion, etc.
– Malfunction or damage due to careless storage (high temperature and humidity, extreme cold, battery leakage)
– Incidental damage resulting from malfunction of this product cannot be compensated.

To ensure the reliability of the airbag function, inspect it every year. If there is a problem after checking for rust or corrosion on the outside of the Co2 cartridge, Please contact our head office. Installed cartridges cannot be removed or dismantled.

After contacting and consulting with our head office, we will guide you through the service procedures.

If the product itself is defective, it will be provided free of charge for one year after purchase. If the product is older than one year, or if the product is malfunctioning due to user error or accident, the warranty is free
A small repair fee will be charged. Costs vary depending on product model and components used.

Due to the nature of the safety product, self-repair is not possible, and if service is not provided through our head office, subsequent product repairs may be refused.

The warranty period for free repairs for product defects is 1 year.
