If you send a used product to Safeware's headquarters, we will check whether it can be reused and take action.
If reuse is possible, we will return it to its original condition after replacing the cartridge and module. In this case, a small fee may be charged.
For surface contamination, wipe with a cloth moistened with water using a neutral detergent and dry sufficiently in a well-ventilated place.
After drying, please request inspection from our head office. If replacement parts are required, a small fee may be charged.
Safeware's industrial smart airbag protects the user's body by immediately inflating the airbag with a sensor activated by a specific algorithm when a fall accident is detected. To achieve this, as the electronic module of the smart airbag must always be maintained in a charged state, before wearing the product, check whether the LED on the buckle button blinks blue. If the red signal blinks, use it after fully charging for 5 to 6 hours.
However, size adjustment straps and lining velcro are used in the product so that the airbag can be worn on top of a safety ring or windproof and waterproof clothing.

– Malfunction or damage due to careless storage (high temperature and humidity, extreme cold, battery leakage)
– Incidental damage resulting from malfunction of this product cannot be compensated.
